Allegan County Sheriff & Central Dispatch - Public Records Office

<h3>This Records Request portal is exclusively for &lt;&lt; Clinton County Central Dispatch 9-1-1 &gt;&gt; Public Records Requests</h3><p>Any Public Records Act request made by a non-public safety agency or individual must be specific as to what information is being requested. The format the information is provided in will be determined by the &lt;&lt; Clinton County Central Dispatch 9-1-1 &gt;&gt;</p><p>Upon receiving a written request, the &lt;&lt; Clinton County Central Dispatch  9-1-1 &gt;&gt; shall collect applicable search and copy fees. Any reports involving an open investigation with &lt;&lt; Clinton County Central Dispatch 9-1-1exce  &gt;&gt; or open for review or prosecution with the District Attorney’s Office will not be released.</p>

<p>Members of the public may still make requests using U.S. mail or email by using the Incident Report Request Form(s). Those requests will be manually entered and tracked in the Incident Report Request Portal by a member of &lt;&lt;Clinton County Central Dispatch &gt;&gt;.  An account on the Incident Report Request Portal can be created to track the request online.</p><p><br></p><p>By submitting anonymously, requestors agree that they will not receive any updates directly from the &lt;&lt; Clinton County Central Dispatch  &gt;&gt; on their Public Record request.
